Purpose and basis

I process information submitted through the contact form to assess and respond to a potential business engagement. Basis: legitimate interest in responding to an inquiry and taking steps requested before a contract.

Data and recipients

Form data includes contact details, company context, budget, timing, and brief. It is processed through Cloudflare and delivered to the business inbox. It is not sold, used for marketing, or added to a mailing list.

Retention and rights

Inquiry correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after the final response, then deleted unless further retention is needed for a contract or legal claim. You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or object to processing. You may complain to Poland’s President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Analytics

This site does not use advertising pixels or a marketing-cookie banner. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it measures aggregate site use only.

Business details must be checked against current CEIDG data before production publication.
